The process of renting online was super simple. We were able to get inside easily and the buildings are marked well. I rented from them years ago and would still recommend them today! Very good customer service and very competitive prices.
Nice, clean place. Secure, and I don't have to worry about my stuff in the storage unit. The one ring I don't like is I've had the unit about three, maybe four months, and they raised the rent.
Ever since Heartland took over it has been total chaos. They have lost alot of customers and they don't know why.....well. because they raised all the prices and I understand the insurance on all units. Took the dumpster out....just need to either close you doors or sell to someone else that actually knows what they are doing.
Fast and friendly, I highly recommend them.
I always liked how you could go into my unit 24/7 at any time. And how you could go inside and talk with the owner if needed or to pay my bill.
