RecommendedI think they have great customer service! The price for the units is great too, and I appreciated the effort staff makes to make sure the unit is clean (as clean as it can be for a storage unit) prior to move in
I rented a unit online. The picture of all of their places showed a concrete floor, steel building storage unit. First red flag was not receiving a copy of my contract in my email. Then I had to call them because I thought I had rented at one location and wasn’t able to get in. I called for days, at different times and 3 different numbers I found online, it would ring and ring.
