Hands down the best experience! We moved locally and Heartland has the best location options. Not only did they have great prices but also amazing customer service and personable folks. Heartland is our storage of choice and will be referring folks that need storage here.
Storage unit found to be clean, secure, dry, entire facility was orderly. No complaints about any aspect.
There’s roughly a 10% rate increase every year. Currently paying about 65% more than what I started at 6 years ago for the same unit. Advertised rates for new customers have always been significantly less than what I’m actually paying at the time. I can only assume that if you stick around, then they will make you pay to do so. I had used this storage facility over 12 years ago for a few months while waiting for our home to close so we could move in. I used it again about 7 years ago when we needed some extra storage. I unexpectedly needed to move for the purpose of a family emergency knowing I would need storage for a year or two. I felt I could trust them again.
