I want to give a huge shoutout to Janet at Heartland Storage Units for her exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to help my husband and me with a storage unit issue. Even though our unit wasn’t at the facility she manages, Janet still took time out of her day to assist us. Great place for storing my RV. I really like that they have covered storage for a great price. It's nice having the peace of mind my trailer will be protected when a storm hits.
They advise that they have working cameras, a working gate but gate was out for months, no one returned a single phone call. Ian's email and number is no where, nor is Eric's. They are high priced and don't keep their word
And honestly, if I could not leave a star, I would. I’m a disabled, single woman who has been using the storage units for years before the new owners. First thing they do, skyrocketed the monthly payment, I’m on a fixed income. I went along with it, then boom! More price increases. And all of this is within the past year. I did move away and I missed a payment. I don’t get paid until the 3rd of the month, keep that in mind.
