UPDATE: Tanya read my review and contacted me. She was kind and polite. She worked with me to rectify the situation. I am thankful for her taking the time to contact me. I am updating my star rating because of her and her great customer service. I am extremely unhappy with the facility. After having our storage shed for over 20 years, they more than doubled the monthly fee and only gave us a months warning. The customer service is ridiculous now too. I have used Heartland storage for 15 consecutive years and I'll tell ya, the staff are great! They are considerate about letting you know prior to billing changes, Tanya and Janet both let you know immediately should anything arise that doesn't look or seem right, they have been great about working with me and understanding when I've had a family emergency that put me behind on my unit a couple months in a row. The facility is very secure and the gate opener is easy to operate. If you ever have any problems, the manager is very easy to deal with
Issue with price increase. Louis G, is the OG in customer service. That man need a raise! Thank you Louis, just when I thought customer service didn't exist, he answered my call and proved it does!!!!! Thank you Loius G!

Tanya is a wonderful, helpful, respectful, polite and extremely easy to work with, employee. She goes above and beyond her job description.
