The staff was very helpful and answered all our our questions. We would recommend them to family and friends for their storage needs.
Great place to park a boat, trailer, camper. etc. They have a variety of different sized units at a good price. Property is fenced, you get a code for the gate. Lighting was pretty good, although you might want to keep a head lamp handy too. The lady working in the office was very helpful in helping us find the right sized unit for our needs. Price was very reasonable. Thanks!
New renter, very responsive to information requests. Allowed to inspect several units before renting to help in selecting one. Online resources helpful and supportive of in person set up. Very well kept facility even though buildings are older.
Nice storage location gated with personalized key codes. They have about every size imaginable. I needed something with decent roof height and they worked with me to find a unit. Location is great for anyone with a boat wanting to be able to access both lake of the ozarks and Truman quickly. Friendly staff. Well kept facility. Almost all units are enclosed, one thing to note, there are not interior walls between the units I looked at/rented.
the office is only open a few hours a few days a week. fairly quick response to email. gate code didn't work and we had a battery stolen from our sea doo.
