Heartsong was a Godsend. They were very helpful, supportive and accommodating in a great time of need for our family. I would highly reccomend their services!
As much as I would like to, I cannot recommend this company. We recently needed emergency overnight care and had very little time to secure help. Heartsong was available and the manager I interacted with was kind and very helpful. The two caregivers we met were caring and attentive. However, the company has a no refund policy for the first week of service, and requires a full week's payment up front. Heartsong caregivers were a blessing to both Margaret and myself. They were very caring but also gave us private time when we needed it. They handled my wife gently and attended to her needs. They cooked some delicious meals and did dishes light housekeeping chores and the wash when it was needed. Care notes were quite thorough and easy to understand. Heart Song Home Care has passionate,caring,employees from Management to Care Associates. Kathie and her team will work to what best fits the client. It helps that her team truly cares, and are a fun group to work with. Definitely recommend them for your home care needs.
My mother and I are very thankful for this wonderful company. They are kind, caring, responsive and very professional. We know my dad is in good hands when our caregiver is with him; he's extremely helpful and goes the extra mile for our family.
