I highly recommend Heartstrings. They made a heartbreaking situation less stressful for us. Their communication was wonderful and we couldn’t be more thankful for their compassion and professionalism. We received our sweet Buster’s ashes back today and were impressed with the quality of the urn and the beautiful presentation. We requested footprints and they even got a print of Buster’s nose and mouth for me. Thank you, Heartstrings for such an easy, positive experience.
I’m not sure I can adequately explain how much I am grateful to the team at Heartstrings for making the best of a terrible situation. Dr Erin was the best, so very compassionate, kind and patient. She made the experience something we thought was a beautiful and peaceful transition for our beloved pet. I wouldn’t have done it any other way. I have been telling my other pet loving friends about the experience and how grateful I am for doing it this way.
