This was my First time seeing an audiologist. Elissa greeted me with a smile and continued to be extremely pleasant and thorough while explaining to me what the examination would be like. After the examination she went over my results. And while I did have some mild hearing loss, she did not recommend a hearing aid at this time. I found her honesty to be quite refreshing in today's world! I highly recommend seeing Elissa for your hearing needs! Lisa McArthur
