I was very impressed with the hearing aid practitioner, Vanessa Becktold, at HearUSA in Scottsdale. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She explains everything so thoroughly. If you just want to get a hearing test or need to get a hearing aid, I highly recommend her, there was no pressure to buy anything. My hearing was perfect. My husband needed hearing aids. Which wasn’t news to me!
Both the provider, Vanessa, and office staff, Natalie, provided excellent care to me while I obtained new hearing aids. I had experienced less than professional help from another provider and after explaining to Natalie my concerns she took it upon herself to rectify my resulting apprehension. Both my husband and I had our hearing tested by Vanessa. She was very thorough, explained her findings and answered our questions. I would recommend her to anyone who has concerns about their hearing.
Vanessa has been great. My only concern is “static”, like a radio station not quite connected, in my left ear. It has been intermittent; the last incidence I had was yesterday morning, so maybe it won’t continue as a problem.
The team at HearUsa are very helpful. I am new to wearing hearing aids and they’ve been patient to help me understand the ins and outs.
