Both the provider, Vanessa, and office staff, Natalie, provided excellent care to me while I obtained new hearing aids. I had experienced less than professional help from another provider and after explaining to Natalie my concerns she took it upon herself to rectify my resulting apprehension. Very knowledgeable audiologist and a warm personality. Good product choices with a great chart explaining the features. I am so happy and satisfied with my hearing aid. I hear better than I have since I lost my total hearing in my left year. Vanessa was terrific and very helpful
