Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I tried for 2 months to get hearing aids at this HearUSA Scottsdale store to no avail. I was calling; my insurance company was calling. After my initial appt., HearUSA said the insurance was waiting for something from me. They weren't. They were waiting from a form from HearUSA. Something that they couldn't manage to submit in 2 months. I had an unexpected job change and lost that insurance. My current plan does not have a hearing benefit.
