I am pleased with my experience with the Bethel Park office and Dr. Beth Kenny. Dr. Kenny’s experience, skill and professionalism gave me confidence that I was getting expert care. My appointments were prompt and exactly as scheduled and Dr. Kenny is comfortable to be with. The office staff, Greg, was friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with my new hearing aids and my improved hearing. They are especially helpful with singing in the church choir and conversational situations.

ON A SCALE OF 1-5, I WOULD GIVE RAFAEL ORTIZ AT THE BETHEL, PA LOCATION A 20 RATING!!!!! HE IS SO KIND, PATIENT, AND A TRUE EXPERT. RAFAEL GENUINELY CARES SO MUCH ABOUT HELPING AND SOLVING YOUR ISSUES FOR YOU. HE IS SUCH A JOY TO DEAL WITH AND A WONDERFUL PERSON ON TOP OF BEING INCREDIBLE WITH HIS HEARING EXPERTISE .
