Easy to make appointments. Extremely friendly and personable. Contacted me to come in for an earlier appointment than what was already scheduled to pick up my hearing aids so they were received sooner than expected! Great experience which seems to be rare these days, but is so appreciated when it actually happens!!
The staff was pleasant. The audiologist explained everything well and the hearing aid seems to be working very good.
The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful on the phone, she DO NOT need to be greeting guests. Other than that the Dr was great. It’s my third interaction with her and never pleasant.
Got fitted for by hearing aids today the gentleman was very kind and explained everything clearly and reception she was very nice I don't mind going there thank you
Dr.Preston is great at E.Allegheny Ave. Office. Very professional caring manner and attentive to patients.
