Took my mother here the process was seamless we were in and out in 40 minutes hearing aides fitted and ordered. Insurance covered all cost. Very courteous and friendly. I will Highly recommend using them to others.
Dr. Preston is very attentive with his patients and he answers all the questions you have and he has alot of patience. He's very professional and takes his time and helps you in any way he can.
Dr Hoffman very attentive and addresses all concerns. He understood my mother needed extra securing of her hearing aids and suggested clip-ons that attach to both aids for me. Dolly is refreshing and brings sunshine to your day with her bubbly personality. They are a great team. Thank you
Staff was very professional, addressed all concerns about the new hearing aids for the first time. Appointment was for my dad. They were very efficient and fast. Free parking across the street. My dad received his hearing aids with in a week…. 👍🏽👏🏽😊
