The doctor was awesome in explaining how to wear my hearing and making sure it was comfortable for me. Dolly is a doll she makes you feel welcome very respectful I love going to there office. I would really recommend them.

I had a very positive experience at the Hearing office. Pleasant staff, everything went smoothly and I walked out with a very comfortable pair of hearing aides. I am looking forward to “test driving” them this weekend when I have several different events to attend. A party, a theater tickets, block party, and a coffee hour. So today I had two appointments. Hearing was as if I did not need hearing aides. Felt awesome!

These people are in business to sell hearing aids to people that can’t hear and yet they want you to call them for an appointment? Exactly how are we supposed to hear you over the phone? There are countless other sites that have a chat option that you can text with them but you people who deal with the deaf want them to call you. Really intelligent people here huh.

My experience at HearUSA was excellent. Dr. Hoffman-Williamson was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions! The office manager was also very efficient and very pleasant! I would highly recommend this particular HearUSA location…
