I wish I could give a zero. Worst company ever. They may be good at hearing aids and helping you with you hearing needs. HOWEVER customer service is despicable. THEY LOST MY $2,000 HEARING AID WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN FOR REPAIR. They are ignoring me, won't answer my calls, I have been calling them for 6 MONTHS to get my hearing aid back or replaced. THEY JUST IGNORE ME. TERRIBLE. I WILL HAVE TO FILE A LAW SUIT SADLY
