I came here to be tested with the audiologist Daniel. He was very professional, kind and friendly, and put you at ease right away. If you have Kaiser you can also get a good discount with them. Thank you Daniel for delivering such exceptional service. I highly recommend this place
I tried the Signia hearing aids for 2 weeks and they didn’t work for me. I think my ear canals are smaller than average and they kept working their way out. I decided to return them. Even though the product didn’t work for me, I have to commend the office staff for a pleasant experience with no pressure and no hassles about returning them. The process was seamless. Good business!

While I will admit that the staff here is friendly, I have not had a good experience with my hearing Aids. I have come back into the office numerous times. Over the past year, I have probably worn my aids far less than I have been able to wear for approximately 2 months. They constantly stop working, and I had big problems with getting the aids to pair with my phones.
