I really appreciated being seen so quickly at the Lakewood office. Holden was so incredibly kind and faced me while speaking with me. Christine was very kind and helpful.

Great experience. First time experience for hearing aids. Receptionist Christine couldn’t have been any nicer. Our Tech Holden was very friendly, funny and really knowledgeable about hearing aids and what fit me the best. We are looking forward to picking up and fitting my new devices in less than a week. Very professional and well informed on policy. Staff very friendly. Office had all the equipment needed for clients. I was well pleased. They took care of my problem promptly.
Holden, hearing tech specialist, was very professional in his thoroughness to treat my hearing problem. We ended up with hearing aids that immediately improved greatly. Also very comfortable. Can't wait to see him again for follow up. I recommend him at HEAR USA currently in Lakewood, Ca.
I take my mom to the HearUSA office on Woodruff in Long Beach CA. I love the whole staff; excellent service. Holden is far superior to our last experience at a different hearing aid center. He presented options for her to consider. When we had trouble with her new hearing aid, Holden was quick to devise a solution. Can't say enough about them.
My visit on Friday the 13th of Feb. was such a wonderful experience, the people there were very accommodating especially Mr Hudson,who gave me the hearing test,a very thoughtful individual and certainly know his way with people!
