Have enjoyed going to Hear USA at Mill Creek for just under 10 years. Suzanne Jackson has always been on time, polite, informative able to resolve any issues that I have presented her. Very thankful for her knowledge, support and understanding with any issues I have brought to her.

Dr. Jackson is wonderful. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and is highly patient-service oriented. The front desk staff is terrific. I have also worked with some of Dr. Jackson's colleagues and they all were absolutely great and extremely helpful.
Dr Jackson was thorough in her administering of the hearing test. I felt she answered all my questions about the results with clarity and expertise.
