Have enjoyed going to Hear USA at Mill Creek for just under 10 years. Suzanne Jackson has always been on time, polite, informative able to resolve any issues that I have presented her. Very thankful for her knowledge, support and understanding with any issues I have brought to her.
I was having issues with my brand new hearing aids (too loud and tinny sounding). I called HearUSA in Mill Creek and despite the fact that they were booked out for 2 weeks, they got me in the same day. Dr. Jackson spent plenty of time with me getting my profile adjusted to work perfectly. She also changed the ear tips on my hearing aids to adjust the amount of background noise I could hear. Dr Jackson was thorough in her administering of the hearing test. I felt she answered all my questions about the results with clarity and expertise.
Dr. Jackson is wonderful. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and is highly patient-service oriented. The front desk staff is terrific. I have also worked with some of Dr. Jackson's colleagues and they all were absolutely great and extremely helpful.
