Have enjoyed going to Hear USA at Mill Creek for just under 10 years. Suzanne Jackson has always been on time, polite, informative able to resolve any issues that I have presented her. Very thankful for her knowledge, support and understanding with any issues I have brought to her.
I have gotten three sets of hearing aids From Hear USA Millcreek I’ve worked with Dr. Suzanne Jackson She is wonderful to work with so patient so professional When I’ve had problems with my hearing aids, she promptly always gets me in so quickly. I think I would’ve given up on hearing aids if it wouldn’t have been for Suzanne Jackson I am so pleased with all that she has done for me John
Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. I have some unique hearing needs, and it was wonderful to be talking with someone who listens and understands. Highly Recommend!
Set up an appointment to get a hearing aid wire replaced. Over the phone they told us it would be $100. So we made an appointment. When we got there they said it would be an additional $500 to become their customer. Nope! Would have saved time if they mentioned this on the phone call. Big bait and switch. Don't fall for their bs.
Dr. Jackson spent a lot of time adjusting the sound in my hearing aids, over three different programs. Much appreciated.
