I was having issues with my brand new hearing aids (too loud and tinny sounding). I called HearUSA in Mill Creek and despite the fact that they were booked out for 2 weeks, they got me in the same day. Dr. Jackson spent plenty of time with me getting my profile adjusted to work perfectly. She also changed the ear tips on my hearing aids to adjust the amount of background noise I could hear. The staff is so friendly and helpful every time we have an appointment. Dr. Jackson and the receptionist Kathleen are great!!!
Dr. Jackson is wonderful. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and is highly patient-service oriented. The front desk staff is terrific. I have also worked with some of Dr. Jackson's colleagues and they all were absolutely great and extremely helpful.
