Very pleased with my new Phonac hearing aids; much better than my old ones. They work well in most environments.
This place is great. I needed hearing aids for fairly severe tinnitus. Went to miracle ear first who only wanted to sell me an overpriced product. When I came to hear it USA they didn’t pressure me at all. They figured out what I needed and even gave me a free week trial to make sure that they worked with my tinnitus. Then to add even further testimonial, I lost one of my hearing aids recently and they replaced it for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend hearUSA
Terrible service I had an appointment at 9:30 the person who I was supposed to see didn’t arrive till 9:40 waited another 10 minutes. Then was told they couldn’t help me with my defective hearing aid.I have a state li claim to supply me with hearing aids. The state says it is time for me to get new hearing aids . The told me they couldn’t help me till 2027 because they bought hearing and balance lab out in 2022. Stay clear of this company
