I am so glad that I started my hearing aid journey with Ed. It has been a true pleasure to work with caring and professional folks. I highly recommend hear USA to everyone including my sister.
Had my hearing done and found out I am borderline. So don't need hearing aides yet. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got to see inside my ear which was cool. When it is time for me to do my hearing test again I will book with them because I feel they are honest people and don't try to sell you something you don't need.
Mr. Steed was a great help on what I needed and how everything will operate. Explaining in a way I could understand. Looking forward in trying out my first hearing aids. Thank you
Service was vary good. They worked with me for extended period. 45 min. to correct a problem I had with my hearing aids. Very pleased
Very good experience from the moment I walked in the door til I walked out. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend HearUSA in Puyallup, WA. Every step of the appointment was explained to me in such a way that I was able to clearly understand what was happening. I'm very excited to get my new hearing aids next week.
