Worst visit i have ever had. Sat in the lobby and had my hearing aids were taken back. Supposed to have been updated with firm wear but at soon as I reconnected to my phone they said they needed to be updated. Never left the lobby, the guy didn't know why they didn't update. Will never return to the puyallup office. Receptionist was great, she seemed to more than the others in the office.
I have worn hearing aids since 2007 without problem. I received a new pair of Signa hearing aids from Hear USA. (The black one) and I have a very narrow left ear canal. In 2 weeks I returned and told audiologist it kept popping out of my ear. She replaced the black ear piece. 2 weeks later I went back and told her it was still popping out. She tried to adjust the stem and 2 weeks later it was lost and I was told to purchase a new one.
