I have worn hearing aids since 2007 without problem. I received a new pair of Signa hearing aids from Hear USA. (The black one) and I have a very narrow left ear canal. In 2 weeks I returned and told audiologist it kept popping out of my ear. She replaced the black ear piece. 2 weeks later I went back and told her it was still popping out. She tried to adjust the stem and 2 weeks later it was lost and I was told to purchase a new one. Ed and Jessica are an amazing and effective team. They listen well, answer all the questions and are very good at what they do. My mother, who is 93, just got new hearing aids and they were kind and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Hear USA in Puyallup!! 100%

Jessica instructed me on changing the wax filters which started my left aid to start working again. However I had bliss for 24 hours but then my right aid seemed to suffer from the same affliction however when I changed the filter the right one didn't spring back to life like the left one so I will have to address the issue again and if it doesn't resolve I will go back in again to have the issue addressed by the experts.
