I have worn hearing aids since 2007 without problem. I received a new pair of Signa hearing aids from Hear USA. (The black one) and I have a very narrow left ear canal. In 2 weeks I returned and told audiologist it kept popping out of my ear. She replaced the black ear piece. 2 weeks later I went back and told her it was still popping out. She tried to adjust the stem and 2 weeks later it was lost and I was told to purchase a new one. Ed the audiologist was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process of the hearing exam, explaining everything very thoroughly. Jessica the receptionist was very helpful as well.
I was very pleased with how easily it was to be assisted. I had trouble with the fit on my Left ear hearing aid. The man who initially did my hearing aids was there, and he did a different mold of my ear. I hope it is a better fit. I do Have faith that it Will be better than The first one !
I needed some maintenance on my hearing aids. I was invited to come in to your office immediately, and my problem was solved in about half an hour after arriving. First class service.
Ed was a pleasure to work with very professional and gave me the most extensive hearing test I`ve ever had
