If I could give more than five stars, then I would. I took my very reluctant mother to Hear USA in Hollywood and she/we had the best experience. Patricia who is the audiologist has the most patience and cares so much. She worked with my mom over the course of several appointments making all the necessary adjustments that were needed so that my mom was completely happy. She is now use to wearing the hearing aides and acknowledges what an improvement it is in her daily life. This was not our first attempt at hearing aides... read more
