Was very pleased how easy it was to have my hearing aids cleaned at HearUSA on La Sierra Ave in Riverside,CA. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional.She was the one who cleaned the hearing aids.Because I have experienced cleaning hearing aids previously I asked for supplies for cleaning these hearing aids myself. I was impressed with how much preparation was done by them before our meeting started. Caitlyn's explanations were clearly given as how to put the hearing aids in and re move them, and how to recharge them each night. Overall, I was pleased with the whole process.
I stopped in without an appointment. I was greeted as I walked in. I told the CSR that my hearing aids were not working. She took them to the back, cleaned them and installed new filters. Something I hadn't done on two years. She then work with my phone to get them to pair. That was a pain, but she 100% knew what she was doing. Once working and paired, she suggested I make an appointment to get my hearing retested and reset the "tune" on my hearing aids. Thank you so much HearUSA!
Like my first hearing aid specialist Caitlyn is hearing impaired which I think gives her a little more insight on what you want to hear. Her staff is very friendly and helpful.
Caitlyn is/was my major contact with this well run company. She had always been receptive, answers questions thoroughly, sweet, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Her staff (sorry don't know their names) are also terrific. I have been in several times for routine maintenence of my hearing devices and they have also been very helpful and receptive. I hear the way all of them speak to other customers and their customer service is TERRIFIC. Dave
