Was very pleased how easy it was to have my hearing aids cleaned at HearUSA on La Sierra Ave in Riverside,CA. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional.She was the one who cleaned the hearing aids.Because I have experienced cleaning hearing aids previously I asked for supplies for cleaning these hearing aids myself. The receptionist presented me with a packet and went over the contents and explained their use. Caitlyn is/was my major contact with this well run company. She had always been receptive, answers questions thoroughly, sweet, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Her staff (sorry don't know their names) are also terrific. I have been in several times for routine maintenence of my hearing devices and they have also been very helpful and receptive. I hear the way all of them speak to other customers and their customer service is TERRIFIC. Dave
I have 2 things to share. I was told that I have to have appointment for any help. Hearing aides don’t go out on a schedule. You need help right then. Second is the new packages for the batteries. You need a scissor to cut into the package to get a new battery. That might work ok if you are at home or at work. It makes it impossible if you are shopping, out to lunch, at the park etc. What is your solution to this? I’m serious, please solve this for me.
I really appreciate the smiling faces at Hear USA. I have been in a few times for check ups on my hearing aids and I am always greeted with a smile and they take care of fixing whatever is wrong, even if it's just a little filter. No questions asked. I will continue to upgrade my hearing aids here and I recommend them to others.
I took my then 94 year old mother in to get her hearing test in order to purchase and program a new set of hearing aids. She has early onset dementia and I wasn't sure she would be able to cooperate enough to make the hearing test useful or accurate. However, Caitlin was absolutely amazing! She worked with my mom like she was some kind of dementia specialist and was able to get a great test.
