I was impressed with how much preparation was done by them before our meeting started. Caitlyn's explanations were clearly given as how to put the hearing aids in and re move them, and how to recharge them each night. Overall, I was pleased with the whole process.

Had an amazing experience at this location. I forget the doctors name but she really helped my elderly father. She was hearing impaired also. Such a wonderful women. I would highly recommend her. The only thing is my father paid for the top of the line hearing aids. I don’t think we saw financing options just because he was able to pay full price. I’m sure they have options for all walks of life.

I didn’t even know that there were so much noise outside some most beautiful which I had lost! The only thing is putting my ear aids I’m getting use to them but sometimes I don’t set them right. What’s the distance of hearing my phone when is in my house

Took my 101 year old WWII veteran dad for new hearing aids this morning. Everyone was very nice and well prepared! Within minutes of meeting Dr. Kranda, Dad was hearing better than he has in a decade. We were especially grateful for "same day" service. Dad couldn't wait to get to lunch and be able to have conversations with others. Thank you, HearUSA.

Like my first hearing aid specialist Caitlyn is hearing impaired which I think gives her a little more insight on what you want to hear. Her staff is very friendly and helpful.
