Caitlyn is/was my major contact with this well run company. She had always been receptive, answers questions thoroughly, sweet, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Her staff (sorry don't know their names) are also terrific. I have been in several times for routine maintenence of my hearing devices and they have also been very helpful and receptive. I took my then 94 year old mother in to get her hearing test in order to purchase and program a new set of hearing aids. She has early onset dementia and I wasn't sure she would be able to cooperate enough to make the hearing test useful or accurate. However, Caitlin was absolutely amazing! She worked with my mom like she was some kind of dementia specialist and was able to get a great test. Excellent service and knowledge by my technician, Caitlin. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. The process was easy and I was able to leave with new hearing aids. Definitely recommend Hear USA for your hearing needs!
