I am changing my review to 5 stars. I went in for another appointment. Caitlin was wonderful - Professional, helpful and she listened to me with patience and understanding. I would very much recommend this agency to take care of your hearing needs.
I’ve been very happy with your service in the past. With being able to make appointments, the people at the front desk, the audiologist & the people helping us setting up our new hearing aids. Unfortunately I’m very displeased with the fact I can’t even make an appointment in order to use your services. You’ve come recommended from Kaiser and I’m about to let them know how unhappy I am with your service. Today is the 3rd day in not being able to make an appointment. Hope to hear from someone soon.
Staff were courteous, professional and helpful! They explained everything and answered my questions. However, I feel that the prices are way more than they should be for the product! In all likelihood, I will not be a return customer.
Caitlyn and her 2 support staff were all terrific. They always have been the several times I had to come in for various servicing of my hearing aid. Polite, friendly, efficient and very, very customer oriented. They all need to be cloned and train many others to work as professionally and customer oriented as they do. Keep up the terrific work!
Caitlyn the Audiologist was great! Front desk terrible they had no staff to run front dek for 2 months. Could not call as pones were not being answered. Had to drive to store to get any type of appointment. Shame on Hear USA management for not properly staffing your office. You made it a nightmare for the staff that was left there to handle the customer and face the humiliation. Get it together and hire some people, your prices are astronomical and then you cant provide a well staffed office to accomodate your cliental. A bi... read more
