The front desk staff are very rude. I went in to get a new hook for my hearing aid. Something most dispensers have in stock and was told my hearing aid is too old. I asked if my hearing aids could be adjusted and was again told that my hearing aids are too old, although I have had them adjusted there before. I feel like they just try to pressure you into purchasing new hearing aids without helping with maintain them. I was impressed with how much preparation was done by them before our meeting started. Caitlyn's explanations were clearly given as how to put the hearing aids in and re move them, and how to recharge them each night. Overall, I was pleased with the whole process.

Easy to make an appointment. Easy to get to the store. Friendly Doctor and staff greeted me. They fixed my hearing aids in 10 minutes. They work great again.

Caitlin at HearUSA was fantastic. She really made me feel at home in her office. Caitlin explained all the testing being done and made my session easy peezy.

Office was clean. Front staff very polite and helpful. Caitlyn the hearing tech was amazing. She made me feel comfortable specially since I was so nervous. I would go back again for my future needs.
