Caitlyn is/was my major contact with this well run company. She had always been receptive, answers questions thoroughly, sweet, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Her staff (sorry don't know their names) are also terrific. I have been in several times for routine maintenence of my hearing devices and they have also been very helpful and receptive. I hear the way all of them speak to other customers and their customer service is TERRIFIC. Dave
HearUSA has been my audiologist ever since I lost quite a bit of my hearing. They have fitted me with the best hearing aides, they are small that no one knows I'm wearing them and they are high tech which I can make adjustments with my cellphone. The audiologist Cailen is so efficient and explains everything in detail. The receptionists are very patient and well verse on all health insurances. Thank you HearUSA!
I took my then 94 year old mother in to get her hearing test in order to purchase and program a new set of hearing aids. She has early onset dementia and I wasn't sure she would be able to cooperate enough to make the hearing test useful or accurate. However, Caitlin was absolutely amazing! She worked with my mom like she was some kind of dementia specialist and was able to get a great test. Excellent service and knowledge by my technician, Caitlin. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. The process was easy and I was able to leave with new hearing aids. Definitely recommend Hear USA for your hearing needs!
Edit to 5 Star review: one of my hearing aids stopped working and my husband took them into the shop on La Sierra the next morning and your excellent staff, quickly fixed the issue (ear wax buildup) and recommended that we come in every couple of months to have the units serviced. Always there for me when I need you.
