I took my then 94 year old mother in to get her hearing test in order to purchase and program a new set of hearing aids. She has early onset dementia and I wasn't sure she would be able to cooperate enough to make the hearing test useful or accurate. However, Caitlin was absolutely amazing! She worked with my mom like she was some kind of dementia specialist and was able to get a great test. Caitlyn is/was my major contact with this well run company. She had always been receptive, answers questions thoroughly, sweet, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Her staff (sorry don't know their names) are also terrific. I have been in several times for routine maintenence of my hearing devices and they have also been very helpful and receptive. I hear the way all of them speak to other customers and their customer service is TERRIFIC. Dave
Excellent service and knowledge by my technician, Caitlin. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. The process was easy and I was able to leave with new hearing aids. Definitely recommend Hear USA for your hearing needs!
The reception area was clean, warm and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Dr. Callan was friendly, knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything.
The audiologist was great - but the front desk persons were horrible and bad customer service. I called the office 3 times and left voicemail each time asking for a call back and no response for 5 days and I even called the 855 number and they couldn't connect with this office either. If this is how they treat a new client then I can't imagine what poor customer service I would have received in the future. I ended up returning my hearing aids
