My experience at HearUSA has been great. Beyond the initial fitting/setup visit, I received several texts from HearUSA and phone calls from the local HearUSA Hauppauge, NY office. Tina was knowledgeable, conscientiousness answering all my questions and offered continued support into the future. I am enjoying my 1st pair of hearing aids and HearUSA's service.
I had a great experience at this office. The clinic is new, very clean, and welcoming. Emily at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, even when I forgot my insurance card she made the registration process easy. Tina, the audiologist, was professional, polite, and very gentle with my 88-year-old mom, Zakir . She explained everything clearly and recommended the best type of hearing aid for her needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this place.
This place always provides the best care. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Anderson is excellent. Highly reccomend hear usa for hearing aids and needs.
I recommend HearUSA because it's a fantastic place and the staff is very professional and friendly. We recently moved and looked for the closest location to us.This is our second visit to Hear USA in Hauppauge. So far, they have provided an excellent experience for my hearing impaired elderly mom. She has been handled with care from our first contact with Emily making the appointment.To her making the check in process a breeze. The technician Ramish also provided excellent service in reparing broken mom's hearing aid, was thorough in explaining the issue and helped to set up volume control on an app to mom's phone.
