HearUSA is awesome! My mother received a hearing test and chose hearing aides. The entire experience went smoothly and professionally from the moment we booked the appointment, met with the front desk receptionist, had the hearing test, chose hearing aides & followed up with billing. My mother is looking forward to going back to pick up and be educated on her new hearing aids. The audiologist was extremely professional and experienced.

This is my 1st time wearing hearing aids and Tina was absolutely amazing getting me set up from the get go. Along with Raamish, they explained everything to me making sure I was completely comfortable before I left the office. Totally recommend them.

I just received my first pair of hearing aids from Tina. Tina was extremely thorough in getting my aids adjusted properly, as well as, helping me make the correct choice in selecting aids. I would highly recommend that you see Tina for an evaluation if you are thinking about getting hearing aids. I couldn't be happier to be able to so much better. I got the Signia brand. They aren't cheap, but I feel the are worth every penny.

I brought my mom to Hear USA in Islandia, which has recently moved to Hauppauge. The audiologist, Tina Andersen, is very thorough and explains everything in detail. She is patient and listens to your concerns. Emily at reception, is very helpful and worked with us to reschedule when needed. I highly recommend this business.
