I had a great experience at this office. The clinic is new, very clean, and welcoming. Emily at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, even when I forgot my insurance card she made the registration process easy. Tina, the audiologist, was professional, polite, and very gentle with my 88-year-old mom, Zakir . She explained everything clearly and recommended the best type of hearing aid for her needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this place.
I recommend HearUSA because it's a fantastic place and the staff is very professional and friendly. My mom is very happy with her hearing aid; it works wonderfully, and that's the most important thing. My mom can live with dignity, love and safe, I give 5 stars! Thank you so much to all! Emeli is the receptionist at HearUSA and is very friendly and welcoming and got us through paperwork very quickly. Tina Andersen is the Audiologist. Tina is very personable, warm, welcoming and knowledgable. She was very good with my sister who tends to have anxiety with any office visit. Tina explained the insurance coverage and warranty coverage and any future office fees. We recently moved and looked for the closest location to us.This is our second visit to Hear USA in Hauppauge. So far, they have provided an excellent experience for my hearing impaired elderly mom. She has been handled with care from our first contact with Emily making the appointment.To her making the check in process a breeze. The technician Ramish also provided excellent service in reparing broken mom's hearing aid, was thorough in explaining the issue and helped to set up volume control on an app to mom's phone.
