I had a great experience at this office. The clinic is new, very clean, and welcoming. Emily at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, even when I forgot my insurance card she made the registration process easy. Tina, the audiologist, was professional, polite, and very gentle with my 88-year-old mom, Zakir . She explained everything clearly and recommended the best type of hearing aid for her needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this place.
I recommend HearUSA because it's a fantastic place and the staff is very professional and friendly. My mom is very happy with her hearing aid; it works wonderfully, and that's the most important thing. My mom can live with dignity, love and safe, I give 5 stars! Thank you so much to all! Emeli is the receptionist at HearUSA and is very friendly and welcoming and got us through paperwork very quickly. Tina Andersen is the Audiologist. Tina is very personable, warm, welcoming and knowledgable. She was very good with my sister who tends to have anxiety with any office visit. Tina explained the insurance coverage and warranty coverage and any future office fees. I just received my first pair of hearing aids from Tina. Tina was extremely thorough in getting my aids adjusted properly, as well as, helping me make the correct choice in selecting aids. I would highly recommend that you see Tina for an evaluation if you are thinking about getting hearing aids. I couldn't be happier to be able to so much better. I got the Signia brand. My experiences at hear usa are amazing. The staff are so friendly and the audiologist is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hearing aids and adjustments.
