I contacted HearUSA when one of my hearing aides was having trouble holding a charge. Linda immediately ordered a replacement hearing aide. It was available in about a week. When I went in to get the replacement, she quickly paired the new hearing aide with my good hearing aide. I was very pleased with the quick response.

My experience has always been very positive. The exam is thorough and results explained. The atmosphere in the office is professional and welcoming. I was never pressured to buy my hearing aides, but, when I did, the procedure to use them was explained patiently. In follow-up exams or by phone, my questions have always been quickly answered. The coordination of hearing aide use with my smart phone was both visually shown how to operate and some written directions were also provided. Thanks for the excellent service.
Nice, efficient people here. I couldn't have missed an appointment if I had tried. Dr. Gebring was quick yet patient. He made the insurance calls for me. And I am thrilled wiith my new hearing aids.
