My husband and I would like to commend the exemplary professionalism of Dr.Lois Bernnardo,AuD not only is she professional compassionate ,thorough and very detailed in her assessment of her patients hearing needs. She takes her time and makes sure you understand. She also answers all you questions leaving no room for improvement. We left there with confidence that she had my husband fitzroy Hunte best health in mind. She a definite assess wherever she would work but I’m glad it was HearUSA.
