The hearing aids are made of thin plastic. Battery door hard to open and feels like it will break. Adjusting each setting does very minimal changes if all to being able to hear better or diffuse background noises. The rubber earpieces are very comfortable.
I arrived at this office at my appointment time needing my left hearing aid repaired. The audiologist took my hearing aid and replaced the wire in less than 10 minutes of my 30 minute allotted appointment time. I was pleasantly surprised and they did an excellent service for me. I would recommend this office for anyone with hearing issues.
HEAR USA was the best choice for hearing aids! Dr. Reed is perfect for our needs and concerns. All has been wonderful with her and will recommend her to anyone!
My experience got off to a rocky start because I was late and although the technician was standing right there, she insisted I reschedule. When I returned, the testing took well less than the one-hour slot scheduled, so I felt that she could have accommodated me at the original time if she had wanted to. I love this service. I wish my parents had this available. Kaitlynn and Vanessa are awesome! They are Hearing experts who really care. The office is really nice. The location is great.
