I sent my hearing aid in for repair because the battery wasn't charging. I got it back and it charges, but I can't hear anything except noise. I take it back in: they tweek something and say "try it now." This happens over and over again. They don't fix it and they don't test it. It's like taking your car in to the mechanic to get the brakes fixed. He tweeks something and sends you out on the road "try it now and see if they work." They don't fix anything.
