I arrived at this office at my appointment time needing my left hearing aid repaired. The audiologist took my hearing aid and replaced the wire in less than 10 minutes of my 30 minute allotted appointment time. I was pleasantly surprised and they did an excellent service for me. I would recommend this office for anyone with hearing issues.

My experience got off to a rocky start because I was late and although the technician was standing right there, she insisted I reschedule. When I returned, the testing took well less than the one-hour slot scheduled, so I felt that she could have accommodated me at the original time if she had wanted to. I love this service. I wish my parents had this available. Kaitlynn and Vanessa are awesome! They are Hearing experts who really care. The office is really nice. The location is great.

The office was nice and clean but very small. I had my hearing test done here and it was very different than others I have experienced. No sound booth, just a chair in front of her desk with equipment headphones etc. I was distracted by near by office noise and talking. Not … not bad just different.

The receptionist was pleasant and very informed, she helped me to see I could hear better. The doctor made several changes to improve my hearing aid experience.
