Dr. Rivera was very courteous, and explained every part of the exam. Her suggestions to me were very honest and I did not feel pressured. It was actually the best hearing exam I've had. The receptionist was also very kind a nd helpful to me. My visit was a "10"! .

The technician was great ! However, the lady at the reception desk wanted to reschedule my appointment because I was 4 minutes late.... I find this to be unacceptable and hopefully the manager will discuss about this with the receptionist. So, I arrived 4 minutes late and I was the only patient waiting to be seen. I was called in after 30 minutes wait, because the technician was with another patient, but I am not complaining about this. One of my hearing aids went dead. I was able to come in right away. Service was excellent. My hearing aid was repaired and cleaned in less than an hour. Thanks to Gina for your help.

Yashira made me feel comfortable and confident that she knew what she was doing. She was kind and professional. I was not pressured into making a decision on the spot. I highly recommend Yashira and HearUSA. Office staff was wonderful also.

Yashira was great with helping me in adjusting the hearing aids to my personal needs and setting up the app on my phone. I have only had them a week but think that the dizziness I have been experiencing is lessened a bit. Issues with my left ear and not hearing on that side when using the phone are no longer a problem. I do need more details when I go for the follow-up visit as there was a lot in the first visit that I thought about when I got home - should have written everything down!!
