Absolutely loved our visit to this office. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Recommend this location and service to everyone who is in need to hearing aids. They have the best selection and did I mentioning the BEST customer service and provider.

Yashira at here USA did a great job fitting and adjusting my new hearing aids. She was very thorough in explainig their features and how to use them. I am very happy with the whole purchase and use process
Test clinician was great. Very helpful. Knowledgeable. Prices are ridiculous. I can get the top of the line from Costco for hear me lowest performing hearing aid cost.
The worst experience I’ve had in my life. They could not figure out how to get the right ear molds size for me. They had to get it made three times. The last one was too long and she cut off the tip of my ear mold (see picture) temporary until I get the right size. The last order was too short that I did not request, it easily comes off my ear when I pull it out. I literally showed them the exact ear mold that I need before they order them.
