I arrived at HearUSA at 10:10 a.m. for my 10:15 a.m. appointment. When I entered the office, the receptionist said, “I’ll be right with you,” even though there was no one ahead of me. She then asked for my ID and insurance card. I provided my ID and explained that an insurance card was not needed because I had scheduled a free hearing test. Staff was very welcoming upon entry. Helpful. Answered my questions. Genuinely concerned regarding my needs. Assured me that getting fitted is a process and come back as often as I needed.

My audiologist, Yashira, was amazing. She covered every detail and took the needed time to explain everything, even when I asked dumb questions. The office staff was very accommodating.

Dr. Rivera was very courteous, and explained every part of the exam. Her suggestions to me were very honest and I did not feel pressured. It was actually the best hearing exam I've had. The receptionist was also very kind a nd helpful to me. My visit was a "10"! .

I went to a different center & was very pleased with the time the front desk person took to review the issue with my hearing aid & repair it for me! I met the audiologist & will be going there from now on, especially since it’s closer to my home!
