Staff was very welcoming upon entry. Helpful. Answered my questions. Genuinely concerned regarding my needs. Assured me that getting fitted is a process and come back as often as I needed.

I arrived at HearUSA at 10:10 a.m. for my 10:15 a.m. appointment. When I entered the office, the receptionist said, “I’ll be right with you,” even though there was no one ahead of me. She then asked for my ID and insurance card. I provided my ID and explained that an insurance card was not needed because I had scheduled a free hearing test. I went to a different center & was very pleased with the time the front desk person took to review the issue with my hearing aid & repair it for me! I met the audiologist & will be going there from now on, especially since it’s closer to my home!

We arrived early for our scheduled 2:30pm appointment. Unfortunately, their computer was down. We had to wait almost 1.5 hrs. The patient was not offer different equipment options, just the most expensive.
