The technician was great ! However, the lady at the reception desk wanted to reschedule my appointment because I was 4 minutes late.... I find this to be unacceptable and hopefully the manager will discuss about this with the receptionist. So, I arrived 4 minutes late and I was the only patient waiting to be seen. The very best customer service is provided at the location. The staff is friendly and always willing to listen and help. Highly recommend this location for all your hearing needs - free testing - no pressure to buy they even let you try the hearing aids out before buying.
Yashira was great with helping me in adjusting the hearing aids to my personal needs and setting up the app on my phone. I have only had them a week but think that the dizziness I have been experiencing is lessened a bit. Issues with my left ear and not hearing on that side when using the phone are no longer a problem. I do need more details when I go for the follow-up visit as there was a lot in the first visit that I thought about when I got home - should have written everything down!!
I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. I was treated with respect and had my problem solved. The Dr even walked me to my car to assure me that the aids would not have a chirping sound. Very professional!
Absolutely loved our visit to this office. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Recommend this location and service to everyone who is in need to hearing aids. They have the best selection and did I mentioning the BEST customer service and provider.
