Highly recommended! Dr. Alison Rooney is extremely professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. I was translating for my grandmother who doesn’t speak English, and despite the language barrier, she felt truly cared for and impressed by the doctor’s professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to meet such a dedicated and compassionate doctor in New York! Also, a big thank you to the office staff — they are very polite, efficient, and work at the highest level. We’re very grateful!
I had a problem with my hearing aids. I went to HearUSA. The Audiologist, Allison Rooney ordered me a new pair since they were under warranty. Received the new pair in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with HearUSA service.

I am still so warmed, like in my soul, from how nice they were. From the adorably amazing receptionist to Alison the Hearing Specialists. They were patient and professional but so warm & kind. I was in a horrible mood and I'm just so happy to have had them help my Pops & see him hear and his eyes light up! Thanks Guys! 😊
