As always, I left my visit with Dr. Rooney fully satisfied with my experience at her office. No significant wait time, explanation and quick solution to my issue. I have confidence with her expertise.
Although I was happy with the results of my visit yesterday the service was lackluster. Perhaps the audiologist was having a difficult day. I did not feel welcomed - rather rushed in & out. I like HearUSA. This office was new to me.
I was happy that Hear USA replaced my old hearing aids as the batteries had "died". The staff at the Bay Ridge office treated me with care, patience and respect.
First time and glad I went to this location the dr very professional kind and helpfull understands right away waths good for you 5 stars
