As always, I left my visit with Dr. Rooney fully satisfied with my experience at her office. No significant wait time, explanation and quick solution to my issue. I have confidence with her expertise.
Although I was happy with the results of my visit yesterday the service was lackluster. Perhaps the audiologist was having a difficult day. I did not feel welcomed - rather rushed in & out. I like HearUSA. This office was new to me.

Got an appointment the same day and the audiologist quickly fixed the problem and provided new filters that the original provider in another location never mentioned. What a difference!
Highly recommended! Dr. Alison Rooney is extremely professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. I was translating for my grandmother who doesn’t speak English, and despite the language barrier, she felt truly cared for and impressed by the doctor’s professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to meet such a dedicated and compassionate doctor in New York! Also, a big thank you to the office staff — they are very polite, efficient, and work at the highest level. We’re very grateful!
