Bill Hale was excellent to work with. He analyzed my hearing aid and gave me better attachment that were more comfortable than before. And once I put the earpiece in, it stayed, not like the previous one that I had from another provider. Highly recommend him and HearUSA!

After an office visit, a hearing test, and a 4 month run around which included their canceling two appointments because they failed to do their job, I ended up without hearing aides. They supposedly ordered the hearing aides after confirming my insurance coverage only to cancel my hearing aides because they claimed I did not have coverage. Of course I do actually have coverage, which I confirmed twice and THEY confirmed once. At my last visit to Hear USA in Glastonbury CT I felt very rushed. I was with the Audiologist approximately 12-15 minutes. I felt very rushed. The Doctor was alone in the office. No receptionist . The next patient came in and the Dr. left my visit and went out to talk to the next patient. I felt he didn’t take time to explain what he did. I had to ask him to explain what he wrote on the computer.
