On my first visit, they were able to fit me in. The Hearing Provider associated with my insurance made an appointment for me at the wrong Hearing place. For my second appointment, they took me right on time and explained everything to me. I feel confident that they have chosen the best hearing aids to fit my needs. After 6 months my hearing aid stopped working. HearUSA got me in the next day and was able to fix my hearing aid. Once again, they explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service they provide.
Very friendly and professional: they did everything they can to fix the brand new hearing aid problem! But the product is not up to par; it is not worth the value of its box. Signia: volume plays in your ears like stereo; loud in one ear and no volume in another on its own. Keeps disconnecting from the phone. Do not trust this brand at all. If I can return it, I would without hesitation or regrets.
I called yesterday with a technical issue with my hearing sid. Bill was friendly and personable and got me in the next day. It needs to go to the manufacturer, but I know and appreciate that it is in his capable hands. Highly recommend for great service!
I needed a new hearing aide charger. Bill Hale negotiated with my insurance to get a replacement covered at no cost to me and to have it sent then my defective one returned so I would not be without a charger awaiting the replacement. Excellent customer service.
