It was a very positive experience. I was seen promptly. The person at the front desk was pleasant and informative. The audiologist was exceptional. She was engaging and competent. She explained my results and together we developed a service plan.
I and my husband Lucien came for hearing aid adjustment. Greta Naim was very helpful, nice and efficient. She showed how to clean the aid and change some details. Also important that appointment was on time, atmosphere in the office was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this particular office to my friends and others. Thank you, Greta!
I came here to hearing aid. They couldn't have been nicer. I was fit with hearing age though you can't even see. I'm a very stylish person. I was worried about the book. Can't be seen. Plus I can hear now which is wonderful. I would recommend this place highly
My visit last week at the HearUSA store at Broadway and 109th St was excellent. The audiologist was outstanding, and gave excellent, useful help and advice. I'm am very pleased.
