I recently moved my HEAR USA service from Phoenix to Manhattan office near West 108 St in NYC, a proximity to where I live. I am nervous about the new place after having an excellent experience in Phoenix. My first visit a few months ago was excellent. The Audiologist who worked with me was exceptional. She was professional, highly competent, yet very friendly with very good interpersonal skills. She responded to all my queries and reassured me that she was there to help whenever I needed it. Thank you!
Greta has been great to work with. All my appointments started on time. She tested and talked me to through the process knowledgeably and pleasantly. I'm very happy I chose HearUSA and heartily recommended the UWS location.
New hearing specialist and hearing aid specialist is way better than the last one one- Mr. Derek Petti who was charging me $80 or more to get my hearing aid repaired when my insurance covered repairs and new ear molds. The new person is people friendly and get the job done, without discrimination. I am happy with her services.
It was a very positive experience. I was seen promptly. The person at the front desk was pleasant and informative. The audiologist was exceptional. She was engaging and competent. She explained my results and together we developed a service plan.
All my visits to Hear USA on the Upper West Side are excellent. The audiologist, Greta, and her assistant, Joy, are extremely knowledgeable and competent. They're also friendly, kind and helpful. I can't imagine a better experience anywhere. It's a pleasure to be there. I'd grade them a solid A.
