Very knowledgeable technicians. Everything was so precise. Very relaxing office and personnel. It was very easy to take a hearing test. I did need hearing aides in both ears. My Technician was very comforting when she showed me what I could expect with hearing aids. I purchased hearing aids from them and they were ready within a week and I was shown how to wear them, which is so super easy. I thought everyone knew their expertise and did very well working with “ me” the customer! I felt comfortable and confident that Ali ( the one who took care of me) knew exactly what she was doing. I would recommend Hear USA !
I was greeted with a warm welcome and process was smooth. I was informed of my last reading and how this one compares to the previous version. All in all, nothing changed. They did recommend that I check my hearing every year.
I was extremely nervous during my visit, mostly because I have a lot of hearing loss and the fear of not hearing. It's difficult.
