Kevin Greene came to the reception to escort me to his office. He listened to my experience with my hearing aids. He made some adjustments and re connected my hearing aides to my phone. The office was clean and tidy. I am very pleased with my Hear USA visit. Thank you
This staff is awesome. I stopped wearing my hearing aides because they were very uncomfortable and hurt the inside of my ear. The first time I went to HearUSA Kevin was the first person to recognize I needed a custom fit hearing aide on one ear due to shape of my ear canal.
My appointment was quick, professional and easy. Information was clear and thorough. Options were well explained. No hogh pressure. .
Kevin was extremely helpful. He showed me how to adjust the volume and other features on phone. Also showed how to close background noises.
Alexandra did a fantastic job with my low lights It looks so natural !! Hair cut was great the lowlights look amazing with my new haircut..
