The new hearing dr is Katelyn McGuire. She is super friendly and listens to what is wrong with your hearing. She calls you back immediately if you have a question.
The staff at Hear USA is the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and competent office I have visited for quite some time. They make a visit comfortable, informative and even fun! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aids and equipment.
I have had Signia hearing aids for two years. During that time, Valerie Cramer, the Hearing Aid Specialist at HearUSA in Jupiter, FL, has been always available and ready to adjust the hearing aids to improve and maximize their performance. Valerie and Kate, her assistant, are knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. I am highly satisfied with their service and would recommend HearUSA, in particular the Jupiter office, to anyone needing hearing aids.
