I’ve had hearing aids purchased through Hear USA for three years now. Every time I had a problem I would go to Hear USA for a resolution. Each time the personnel were responsive and caring taking care of my needs promptly. I had a final hearing test yesterday to see if my hearing had degraded anymore in three years. I sent in the test chamber listening to tones for 15 minutes, I could see the audiologist through the window as she carefully observed each tone reaction. Sarah Strossman did a thorough exam. She recommended that I try switching from bi-cross to two independent hearing aids. After a about 3 weeks and an adjustment I find that I hear more clearly with these.
