Lissette makes the testing go very smoothly, with so much knowledge, which she passed on to me. One knows immediately they are in good hands. Helpful getting into and out of booth, which I needed. Lissette is very kind and gentle. I believe she is at the top of the list for your most valuable employees.

The hearing specialist was on time and didn’t have to wait. After reviewing my hearing exam, she was able to determine that my hearing loss is only the high sounds. She made the adjustment and have the correct hearing aid ordered and will pick them up next week. It’s nice to have her professionalism step in and make the correct choice for my needs!!

I want to clarify that my poor rating has to do only with the performance of the hearing aids because Natalie at the front desk was very professional and so was the audiologist very patient explaining in detail everything and answering all my questions so for them it’s 5 stars
