Vanessa & Lissette at HearUSA in Cutler Bay were absolutely wonderful. Vanessa was patient, kind, and took the time to really understand my mother’s needs. She worked through the insurance and pricing with us and made the whole process much less stressful and surprisingly affordable. When the first hearing aid was not the right fit, she problem solved right away and made sure we found a better solution. I take my mother to Hear USA. They are kind and courteous to us and especially patient with my mom who is 90. I've never had any problems with them and have found them to provide professional customer service.

Lissette makes the testing go very smoothly, with so much knowledge, which she passed on to me. One knows immediately they are in good hands. Helpful getting into and out of booth, which I needed. Lissette is very kind and gentle. I believe she is at the top of the list for your most valuable employees.
