My appointment was for 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:25 and saw a gentleman try to open the locked door. I walked to the door at 8:30, thinking someone would open the door, but at about 8:32, two women walked from the parking lot to the office, said “good morning, have a seat, we’ll be with you once we get everything turned on.” After about ten minutes, another young lady came in, went to the front desk, five minutes later asked me if I was a first time patient and handed me paperwork to complete. The doctor is awesome but they need to train the front desk lady because she wasn’t on her place and two more patients tried to enter but the door has a security system she needs to manipulate i tried to open them but was impossible. Front Office staff was attentive and kind. Took care of my late arrival and provided me with a later appointment on the same day. Patient (my 84 y/o Mother needs mobility assistance and also has begging of Alzheimer’s which makes tending to appointments and arduous task. Audiologist Specialist took the time to explain findings after hearing test and treatment plan. Overall, a great experience.

I went to HearUSA because my hearing aids were not connecting to the app on my phone and I was not hearing well from one ear. The very nice lady at the reception desk took care of my issues immediately with a big smile on her face. Its always a pleasure to visit the office.
