Natalie was wonderful on the phone and in person. Vanessa was lovely, informative, professional, and welcoming. They made my visit so easy, and now I will be bringing my husband there to be tested also because of their professionalism and because of the information that they gave me. I also plan to go back yearly so as to keep up with my hearing health regularly, now that Vanessa has explained all of that to me. I wish I knew before that this could be so easy….thanks to them.

Vanessa & Lissette at HearUSA in Cutler Bay were absolutely wonderful. Vanessa was patient, kind, and took the time to really understand my mother’s needs. She worked through the insurance and pricing with us and made the whole process much less stressful and surprisingly affordable. When the first hearing aid was not the right fit, she problem solved right away and made sure we found a better solution. This office has the best Hearing Specialists that I have come across in Miami. The Front office staff are so helpful and kind, even if you have no appt & need help with your hearing aids!

Very helpful. When I got my hearing aid I completely misunderstood the cleaning details and the hearing aid stopped working. Although I was 2500 miles from home the Pasadena California store gave me what I. Needed and took the time to explain my mistake. Thank you

I take my mother to Hear USA. They are kind and courteous to us and especially patient with my mom who is 90. I've never had any problems with them and have found them to provide professional customer service.
