First time here. Wasn’t very satisfied with anything about this place. Had originally went to uhealth for a hearing test, uhealth seemed very thorough throughout the hearing test, however my insurance does not cover hearing aids through them so I was referred to Hear USA. I believe the Davie location my be new, anyways I was not satisfied with the service, got to my appointment about 45min early asked receptionist if there would be a chance I could be seen early, no one in the waiting room at that time. The office staff is great they are patient and very attentive to the needs of their patients. How to check up to see if my hearing had changed since my last visit it had a little bit and they were able to adjust my hearing aids for me immediately. I was very impressed!
I have been going to this office for many many years. And seeing Natalia at the front desk for two years in this office. She is amazing always willing to help, making your appointments, even if I am a walk in, cleaning my dad‘s hearing aids, and also determining what the problem is. She is very professional and friendly. She is the best.
I had a really good experience. The receptionist adjusted my hearing aids for a better fit and now they itch less and stay in place . She was very comforting and professional .
Hear USA is great. Stephanie and Natalia (Pine Island, in Broward county) always solve any problem I have with my hearing aids. Their facility is always clean and you never have to wait long to see them.
