I'm new to the process of hearing aids. Hearing.Com staff was very helpful and patient assisting me to acclimate to using my new hearing aids. She is amazing always willing to help, making your appointments, even if I am a walk in, cleaning my dad‘s hearing aids, and also determining what the problem is. She is very professional and friendly. She is the best.
