Hear USA is great. Stephanie and Natalia (Pine Island, in Broward county) always solve any problem I have with my hearing aids. Their facility is always clean and you never have to wait long to see them.
The Dr was very friendly and explainable. I felt confident and comfortable wearing the aids. Very good office staff.
I purchased my hearing aides from the Davie location and have received excellent care and service. I did go to a closer location and had to go back three times for the same issue. I decided to only go to the Davie location for any issues. Can’t praise this location and the staff.
First of all I did not choose HearUSA with these discounts and guarantee makes it nearly impossible not to move forward without comparing Cigna pricing elsewhere which may be another subsidy area of Humana as is ConViva but the prior equipment, Rexton was actually garbage
Very pleased. Dr. Stephanie Ruiz was articulate, thorough, and patient with questions. My first experience w hearing aids and am totally satisfied.
