I had a really good experience. The receptionist was.helpful and Dr Stephanie was professional and explained the test and it's results so that I understood.. I did need hearing aids. I purchased them and was show how to use and care for them. I will recommend Hear USA to my friends who may need your services.
The office staff is great they are patient and very attentive to the needs of their patients. How to check up to see if my hearing had changed since my last visit it had a little bit and they were able to adjust my hearing aids for me immediately. I was very impressed!
I have been going to this office for many many years. And seeing Natalia at the front desk for two years in this office. She is amazing always willing to help, making your appointments, even if I am a walk in, cleaning my dad‘s hearing aids, and also determining what the problem is. She is very professional and friendly. She is the best.
Stephanie Ruiz was wonderful to work with. She is very thorough, patient and understanding. I highly recommend her.
