Very professional, Very informative. An excellent hearing aid I’m very happy. Behr it recommended she explained everything to me in detail how to use it and I’m at home now enjoying watching TV without reading caption. Life changing and very good service.
Was able to schedule appointment for next morning. Was originally, having trouble with the right hearing aid, not working properly, young lady at front desk was very helpful and able to fix the issue within minutes.
Very informative with the process. Not sure if im gonna go with one i walked out with or switch them. To in the ear style. But very happy with the experience
A little upset, I had an appointment booked for weeks to get my hearing checked, confirmed my insurance through the store before I arrived and when I got there they told me they don’t take my insurance. I am 22 with hearing issues and nobody seems to take me seriously because of my age. Super disappointed and confused because the lady at the front told me that I didn’t qualify for the free exam even though their website told me I did and nobody told me that before I got there. I just want to be taken seriously :(
Mom had her hearing tested. Everyone was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. So far so good. We will come back when her hearing aids arrive. I expect that we will be treated the same. Great experience!
