I'm new to the process of hearing aids. Hearing.Com staff was very helpful and patient assisting me to acclimate to using my new hearing aids. The Horizon units I selected are top rated and have the ability for me to self adjust when necessary with my iPhone. I certainly recommend Hearing.Com as your source for hearing assistance. In these days of inferior customer service, I’m happy to report that this is absolutely not the case when you have an issue with your hearing aid and you are working with Natalia at Hear ISA in Davie, Florida. Natalia, the front office agent, provides professional and friendly service, weather it’s simply to clean and change the tips of the unit, or to delve in and fix whatever issues you might have with your hearing aid.
