Receptionist lied about hearing test results submitted to insurance, called insurance company they have no record of test. She,Kim, refused to give me my test record and then said it would be $100 if she remembered correctly. Very poor customer service, very bad attitude. Medical records are the property of the patient, no matter what the patient intends to use them for. No way I will ever do business with this company again.
