This is NOT a review of the audilogist or the staff. The issue is contractual. $5,000 for a contract that included the aids, batteries and maintenance for the life of the aids. The batteries continue but the number of batteries has been reduced recently from 8 per package to six for some months now. As of the last batteries provided they are essentially dead on arrival.
