I have gone here twice for my hearing aids at the Wakefield location and I don't think there is anything bad I could ever say about hearUSA, I recently had an appointment on the 18th and the woman who was there that day was amazing so kind and caring answered every single one of my questions. This review is from Manuel Martinez, although it will appear under my wife Teodora's name. I visited Hear USA thinking I had a real problem with my hearing aid, and Marie was able in five minutes to solve it. It was peasant and effective, and I do congratulate her for her work.
My experience at there Wakefield, Massachusetts location the manager couldn't have been kinder and helpful.. Keep up the good work and please use your manager at Wakefield as an example
I got a defective hearing aid from you for $5000 with all kind of hering problem. The Odiologist is trying her best to help me during my frequent visit to her office. She sent the two Hearig Aid units to the manufacturer . No fix 1st time. Audiologist has sent back 2nd time. I hope this time it will be fixed or replaced with good devices. Syed Nuruzzaman

What a wonderful place. Mary took care of my 95 year old dad who is trying hearing aids for the first time. She was so amazing with us and explained everything to us.
