My experience was very productive. Dr. Montgomery adjusted my hearing aids perfectly and added the phone app for volume control. I couldn't be happier about the caring attitude!
Hear USA provides support that is outstanding to customers. I have had a few issues with the hearing aids, but the warranty covers most of the issues. I just drop by and leave with a fixed hearing aid. Thank you!
I was impressed with my Audiologist Chelsea. She explained the procedures very well, covered all the basis for my understanding of the options, and didn’t try to pressure me to buy aides that day….although I will very soon.
HearUSA has given me great service. I got in quickly and a thorough exam solved my problem. I called about a connectivity issue later that day, and they responded the next business day and though I solved the problem, they gave me advice about troubleshooting that was very helpful.
I came to explore my options for hearing Aids. My Pacific Source plan was offering a great deal through my plan. The Specialist who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had me try out a hearing aid and retested my results from my initial test. We bought my hearing aids over seven months ago and have had excellent results. Their customer service and assistance have been beyond excellent.
