I’ve been a heavy hearing aid user for over 35 years. I purchased a hearing aid through Hearusa and it’s been hell ever since. I have been needing to get my hearing aid fixed over a dozen of times since purchasing it. The company can’t seem to figure it out and I asked desperately if I could get a different style due to the number of issues I’ve been having. They said , no.
