Insurance coverage was verified before testing with explanation of coverages and individual responsibility for various types of hearing aids, should they be needed. The testing was quick and the results explained in detail. Carlos is a professional and did not hesitate to tell us that there is no hearing loss, hearing aids are not needed. His honesty and integrity were refreshing and very much appreciated.
Excellent appointment today with Carlos. He was very thorough. We did redo my hearing test which was more thorough then the ENT or Barrow Institute. I was immediately fitted with a pair to try out. My custom order was placed and will arrive in one week.
