Conrad did a great job of explaining the entire process as well as my options but allowed me time to make the decision myself. Tanya is very polite and professional too. The location is excellent for easy of getting in and out as well as ample parking. The facility is modern, clean and comfortable. With my AARP plan I was able to save a substantial amount of money as compared with another provider I visited for my hearing evaluation. Good experience. I trust them to be honest and forthcoming.
Professional service and great hearing aids. They stand behind the hearing aids they sell. I had a problem with mine and they got me a new hearing aid under warranty with no questions asked. Highly recommended.
