I have been dealing with Hear USA in Clark's Summit for more than 5 years now. Conrad and Tanya are wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful no matter what the problem is. I am a customer for life!

Zero stars. Please please please, do yourselves a favor and avoid this place. Especially this place actually. Conrad is a hearing aid salesman that likes his own voice way too much to be working with (aka selling) hearing devices to deaf people. Go see an actual doctor and go that route and avoid the headache of this glorified miracle-ear. You’ll most likely save money too. At the very least you’ll be treated with respect from a QUALIFIED medically trained doctor.
