I went in to get my hearing aid adjusted to hear people better. First, Julie is so nice. She is pleasant and easy to work with. Second, she always makes good suggestions, because she knows her job so well. I am able to hear people much better! I would encourage people to make an appointment if they need something. Jennifer at the front desk is also wonderful and is easy to work with. Thank you, Julie!
Julie was very thorough with the exam. She took the time to listen to my needs. She was very understanding that I did not want to spend a small fortune on hearing aids. She presented several options for pricing and models. I would highly recommend.
Can't speak for the whole corporation but I can for the staff at the Knight Drive location in Tucson. Imagine service providers (Julie & Jennifer) committed to providing service - not extracting as much money as fast as possible! If that's not enough, they appear to know what they are doing. They've been in the business for 20 years. P.S. Can anyone in San Diego recommend a HearUSA provider?
Julie is always competent, friendly and welcoming. Her appointments are timely, and she demonstrates sincere care.
I can't say enough good things about HearUSA and especially Julie. The wait time for every appointment has been short and several times I didn't even have to wait. Julie is super-friendly but don't get me wrong, she really knows her stuff. I appreciate her professionalism, her honesty, and her thoroughness. She made sure I had plenty of necessary supplies (alcohol wipes, batteries, extra tulips, etc.) to ensure proper maintenance of my new hearing aids.
