Great experience. Very patient and professional staff. I was extremely impressed with how they dealt with two elderly (85+) gentlemen that were in the lobby when I arrived. They each had difficulties with their hearing aids and the staff was sooooo patient, understanding, helpful and communicative to these two men. Very caring. Like they were treating a family member. I had an excellent experience at HearUSA. The HAS was very thorough and clearly explained the results of my tests along with my options regarding which hearing aids to choose. He also answered all questions.
