Darrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered all of them perfectly. He explained the results of my hearing test showing the amount of hearing loss in each ear. I now feel 100% better about getting my hearing aids, and I’m actually looking forward to my fitting at HearUSA.
Both Hearing Aids Specialist and the receptionist were very nice. Derrick, the Hearing Aids Specialist is very knowledgeable, takes time to explain and an excellent professional.
Our hearing specialist was prompt, thorough and very pleasant. He went the extra mile to contact the Michigan store that originally provided our hearing aids while we were there and got us the information we needed to replace a lost earring. Thanks!
The receptionist and the doc were very helpful and nice, explaining in detail what needed to be done to take care of my water logged hearing aid .
