From Debbie at the front desk to Darrick, the HSA, my experience with HearUSA was absolutely incredible. Darrick is very efficient, knowledgeable, and he provides excellent and helpful advice. I am also very happy with the hearing aids to which he fitted me.
Darrick was excellent,but my right ear is plugged with wax which I am working on getting it removed before we can continue ASAP. I have total confidence in Darrick being able to fit me correctly after my ear canal is cleaned out. Debbie the receptionist was very helpful and professional
I think it's called a drum, the black plug that goes in your ear, came off and was stuck in my ear canal. This happened Thursday nite. I called the office on Friday and was seen that afternoon. Sure enough, there it was. It was promptly removed and I felt much better. Thank you
I have hearing aids purchased thru this place when it was under Fla. Hearing. The lady Deb has been very helpful so I went back to see if I needed an update and the Hearing aid specialist was very honest and told me I may very soon but my aids are still doing what I need and my friend did not have need for any at this time. We will and have recommended this USA in Fruitland Park Fl.
The staff was just wonderful. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and explain how to use my hearing aides. They are honest and caring.
