Great experience. Very patient and professional staff. I was extremely impressed with how they dealt with two elderly (85+) gentlemen that were in the lobby when I arrived. They each had difficulties with their hearing aids and the staff was sooooo patient, understanding, helpful and communicative to these two men. Very caring. Like they were treating a family member. Very good experience here. Deb at the front is very helpful and pleasant. Darrick explained everything about our hearing aids. Husband and I both got hearing aids and he explained so we understood. We recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids. Thanks Deb and Darrick. 👍

I had an excellent experience at HearUSA. The HAS was very thorough and clearly explained the results of my tests along with my options regarding which hearing aids to choose. He also answered all questions.

I am on my second hearing aids. I love them. It is so great to hear the birds sing. To hear people talk. This is a wonderful place to go to. Always happy to see them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The experience was good. We had a hiccup as the original place I got my hearing aids was unable to program my hearing aid that I lost and the fruitland Park office took over and unfortunately the hearing aid could not be programmed as it was not in their system. They were very kind and professional about it and it was just one of those things but they handled it very professionally and I will get it programmed hopefully next week.
