Darrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered all of them perfectly. He explained the results of my hearing test showing the amount of hearing loss in each ear. I now feel 100% better about getting my hearing aids, and I’m actually looking forward to my fitting at HearUSA.
Our hearing specialist was prompt, thorough and very pleasant. He went the extra mile to contact the Michigan store that originally provided our hearing aids while we were there and got us the information we needed to replace a lost earring. Thanks!
Great experience. Very patient and professional staff. I was extremely impressed with how they dealt with two elderly (85+) gentlemen that were in the lobby when I arrived. They each had difficulties with their hearing aids and the staff was sooooo patient, understanding, helpful and communicative to these two men. Very caring. Like they were treating a family member.
