Ariel Kavanaugh and the staff were friendly, professional, asked pertinent questions and listened to replies as well as writing them down. Ariel explained every step of the hearing test process and everything was comfortable. Highly recommend HearUSA and Ariel.
Wonderful experience from Ariel walking me through the entire procedure and making sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. She helped me thoroughly understand what to expect from the aids and actually let me try on a pair to see the difference.
