Wonderful experience from Ariel walking me through the entire procedure and making sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. She helped me thoroughly understand what to expect from the aids and actually let me try on a pair to see the difference.

Ariel and Jess are the most amazing and wonderful people in the business. Very professional, caring and compassionate, Ariel takes all the time needed to get my hearing to the optimum levels.
