I’m very happy with the results I got after visiting Cathy at Hear USA in Punta Gorda. I was interested in a relatively new model device. Cathy did some research and quickly familiarized herself with the device. Key to the success with this aid is making the mold. She did a great job with that. They are comfortable and secure. A second visit got my ears working well !

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kathy. I needed new hearing aids and Kathy patiently fitted me with new aids and happily made multiple small adjustments until I was pleased with the results. Kathy is friendly, patient always in a good mood and she follows up with phone and text messages to ensure all is well. FIVE STARS for Kathy and HearUSA.

I just have to say, Kathy at Hear USA is the most helpful, kind, supportive and very patient person I have had the pleasure to work with. She took her time with me even when I returned two types of hearing aids. She was always patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. I highly recommend her if you are in need of help with your hearing needs.

, I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids.I called the Punta Gorda location of Hear USA . I was surprised that I could get an appointment that afternoon. I arrived at my appointed time . I was greeted by Catherine, she was very friendly. I explained my problem that I couldn’t hear out of it also I was having trouble pairing it with my phone. Just want to commend the service at the Punta Gorda location, Catherine was very eager to help. My mother’s hearing aid was not working and our communication was . difficult . Fortunately, the hearing aid needed a small repair and Catherine was able to do it on the spot and we were back on the road communicating with MOM. Thank you, Catherine.
