Great experience! Cathy was extremely patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my hearing aids were properly adjusted for comfort and sound quality. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the care she showed during the whole process.
First of all, the care and service I received was top notch. The hearing test went well with Catherine and everything was explained in great detail. I felt comfortable asking any questions including costs. I never felt pressured. I chose the brand I wanted and what would fit my budget without sacrificing quality. I’m very happy with the results I got after visiting Cathy at Hear USA in Punta Gorda. I was interested in a relatively new model device. Cathy did some research and quickly familiarized herself with the device. Key to the success with this aid is making the mold. She did a great job with that. They are comfortable and secure. A second visit got my ears working well !

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kathy. I needed new hearing aids and Kathy patiently fitted me with new aids and happily made multiple small adjustments until I was pleased with the results.
