, I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids.I called the Punta Gorda location of Hear USA . I was surprised that I could get an appointment that afternoon. I arrived at my appointed time . I was greeted by Catherine, she was very friendly. I explained my problem that I couldn’t hear out of it also I was having trouble pairing it with my phone. I just have to say, Kathy at Hear USA is the most helpful, kind, supportive and very patient person I have had the pleasure to work with. She took her time with me even when I returned two types of hearing aids. She was always patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. I highly recommend her if you are in need of help with your hearing needs.

I was from out of town and called hear usa in punta gorda for a hearing aid not working. Kathy saw me right away and fixed the problem in about 2 minutes and I was on my way. Kathy was great and all smiles.
