Arrived for my appointment about a half hour early because my experience with health care one knows there will forms to be filled out prior to the appointment time.David Green introduced himself and indicated it was good that I got there early, as he was the only staff there for the day.That being the case, when we proceeded to my test and evaluation David was interrupted numerous times to greet and process customers and answer incoming phone calls.Not the best way to connect with a new client.I felt rushed and It seemed as ... read more
No waiting and everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Dave, the hearing specialist was wonderful. Took lots of time with me and answered all my questions and educated me on how to get the best performance out of my existing hearing aids. I would highly recommend HearUSA to anyone with a hearing problem.
My Humana Healthcare recommended Hear USA located on 3146 Little Road , Trinity, Fla. 34655. As a New patient I made a visit to this location. The Hearing Aid Specialist , was David Green, this guy had no idea what he was doing , No idea how to look anything up on his computer or print out anything. I ask about financing hearing aids , he had no idea, no information, no pamphlet to give me , the man in my opinion, should not be representing Hear USA , this office is a joke as a first time patient. We have never had to wait. Dr Green does a great job making sure the hearing aides fit comfortably and work well!!
I go to David n Madison. Both are so helpful. David spends time with you. He explained all that he did. I am so happy with them both. I would recommend them.
