My first visit was wonderful. My second visit was NOT....failed to deliver what was "promised". I wanted a specific color hearing aids and was ordered but when I went back thinking I would pick up what was "promised " , no deal. Did not have them and couldn't get them. 😌😭😔
No waiting and everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Dave, the hearing specialist was wonderful. Took lots of time with me and answered all my questions and educated me on how to get the best performance out of my existing hearing aids. I would highly recommend HearUSA to anyone with a hearing problem.
Arrived for my appointment about a half hour early because my experience with health care one knows there will forms to be filled out prior to the appointment time.David Green introduced himself and indicated it was good that I got there early, as he was the only staff there for the day.That being the case, when we proceeded to my test and evaluation David was interrupted numerous times to greet and process customers and answer incoming phone calls.Not the best way to connect with a new client.I felt rushed and It seemed as ... read more
My dog chewed the end piece that goes into my right ear. They repaired it in one week at no charge and re set the parameters. Very happy with the whole process.
David examined both hearing aids and determine they needed to go back for service. He was very obliging and I thank him and I'm waiting to get him back repaired. Thank you
