David at the Trinity location did a thorough evaluation. He explained what he was gonna do and what the charts meant Before testing. Once results were plugged in he explained the options available through my insurance. I’m using the 7 day trial option first before committing to a purchase.
I walked in with a broken Signia hearing aid on Monday and Madison and the Hearing Aid Specialist , David Green, immediately sent it to a repair center. It was back on Thursday and they saw me on Friday and David gave me a hearing test and reprogrammed the hearing aids and they are more precise than ever. I’m very pleased with their service and dedication and highly recommend them for all your hearing needs.
This location is wonderful. You can walk in anytime to get batteries or your hearing aide cleaned. Unlike the location in Palm Harbor who twice were locked up at business hours. Won't go back to Palm Harbor again.
David Green is an excellent provider. He explained everything and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
I took my mom for a hearing test, and she was so happy with experience. The doctor and staff were very helpful and very kind. The doctor made her feel comfortable and answered all her questions and concerns. I will Definity be referring to this office. The office is located in a great location and the office is very nice.
