I took my dad for his hearing and the doctor was very caring and kind. He understood that my dad was an elderly and treated him very well. Front office girl was very patient and guided us will dads insurance. Dad got what he wanted and was happy with purchase.
The ease of getting an appointment and the comfort of the office was inviting. I have had my hearing devices for about a year and a half. David Green fitted me with what he assessed I needed and I love using them. They are easy to use, maintain, and help augment my hearing in any situations - public, restaurants, music, TV, or just in a quiet space as they even help my tinnitus. I had an issue with my hearing aids which I got about 3yrs ago. I walked in no appointment and was seen immediately they found the issue and made the repairs I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. During that time I inquired about up grading. Made appointment and David performed the hearing test and programmed a new set for me the difference was unbelievable I now wear them all day every day. My signia app on my phone and my hearing aids not working properly he took my hearing aids to another room did not tell me what he did then he took my phone and I guess un-installed the app his fingers were all over the place scrolling up and down like he knew what he was doing then he put the phone in front of me and said I needed to unlock it...I have never locked my phone...never...said I had to put my password in.to unlock it I said I didn't know the password he was talking about he said I can give you an 800 number to ... read more
