I woke up and reached for my hearing aids and noticed my left was broken didn’t know what to do. I called HearUSA and spoke to David Green on the phone he was very nice. He was able to make my appointment the next day. Now mind you my hearing aids were five years old and I already knew I would have to invest in a new pair. The ease of getting an appointment and the comfort of the office was inviting. I have had my hearing devices for about a year and a half. David Green fitted me with what he assessed I needed and I love using them. They are easy to use, maintain, and help augment my hearing in any situations - public, restaurants, music, TV, or just in a quiet space as they even help my tinnitus. I took my dad for his hearing and the doctor was very caring and kind. He understood that my dad was an elderly and treated him very well. Front office girl was very patient and guided us will dads insurance. Dad got what he wanted and was happy with purchase.
Everything worked out great. Dave explained the results and compared my tests to last year. Maddison was warm and welcoming.
