I woke up and reached for my hearing aids and noticed my left was broken didn’t know what to do. I called HearUSA and spoke to David Green on the phone he was very nice. He was able to make my appointment the next day. Now mind you my hearing aids were five years old and I already knew I would have to invest in a new pair. Had the best experience starting with walking in. The front desk check in along with talking with the doctor who went into detail with which devices would be more of a match with my hearing range and with what my preference was. I highly recommend this location without hesitation.
I am in my third year since getting my hearing aids from Hear USA. They have always given me top notch service and assistance. However I do feel that the annoying “give us a review “ emails are totally uncalled for. Please stop.
