We were able to schedule appointments in less than a week. The staff and the provider were very welcoming and we felt we received a very good hearing exam. We discussed all the options and coverage by Medicare Advantage and we are considering our options to fit within our budget. They offer a wide selection of hearing aids.
My experience with the office in Parker was top shelf. Penny and Kaitlyn were terrific as we worked through some Widex manufacturer issues. At this moment, everything is great and I would highly recommend going to Hear USA and this location in Parker, CO, for all your hearing needs.
I am Edward Steinman, the one who had hearing tests and was fitted with hearing aids at the HearUSA office in Parker, CO. The technician who attended me was Caitlin Reed. She was very professional and proficient and spent as much time with me as needed.
I have just purchased my second pair. First pair they were HRC and I loved them. So far under the new name (new company?) they have been good to me. I’m not always the easiest to deal with ☺️ haha. The only thing that sucks is the cost of hearing aids. $5k for Widex that I just got. My previous pair was $6k Signia and only lasted 3 years. Hoping to get 5 years outa this new pair…..because who has $5k to drop every 3 years!?!? Anyway. If you are hard of hearing, give these folks a visit.
I got a good hearing test at Hear USA. I plan to follow up with their suggestions. They are very professional and did a good job.
