Penny sent all the forms to me by email and processed them when I arrived. She was polite and considerate. Joel was my provider and conducted the hearing test. He explained the evaluation of my hearing results in great detail. Joel is a highly competent audiologist and personable provider.
Very easy to set up with and very professional to interact with. Kaitlyn was friendly and easy to talk to while conducting a professional hearing assessment. She answered all of my questions in audience appropriate terms, and I left with a better understanding of my audio health and what the future will hold. Office was very clean, and equipment seemed modern and well maintained. Staff who processed my paperwork and insurance was super friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
We were able to schedule appointments in less than a week. The staff and the provider were very welcoming and we felt we received a very good hearing exam. We discussed all the options and coverage by Medicare Advantage and we are considering our options to fit within our budget. They offer a wide selection of hearing aids.
