It was a very nice, very good visit and consultation. Pamela Buethe is extremely professional, knowledgeable and calming. I am hoping her expertise of 30 years will help me find hearing aids that will finally work for me and my specific hearing needs. I’ve tried others for the past two years unsuccessfully. Wearing trial ones now and very hopeful!!! Christina was very kind to help me pair my aids with my phone as I am not so techy!!! She is very helpful!!! Thumbs up…
Pam explained everything that I would experience during testing after asking several questions. She was thorough and pleasant. Afterwards she went through my test results and suggested the hearing aid model that would most benefit my hearing problems. I felt everything was straightforward & there was no pushiness at all. This was a very good experience & I’m happy to have had Pam to help me.
Pamela was very helpful. She listened to my history with hearing aids. I was somewhat dismayed and surprised that the type I had been using for five years were probably not that helpful. My. Appointment was on a Friday and there is no receptionist. That keeps the audiologist quite busy. It is an odd feeling for a medical office.
Had a great experience at Hear USA. Was met by my audiologist, Pamela B. Who did a wonderful job conducting my hearing test and updated everything with my hearing aids. I highly recommend them!😀👏
I had a great experience with Hear.com. I ended up not purchasing the hearing aids as I have a very unique hearing loss so the aids did not make that much of a difference for me. But throughout the entire process, everyone was super friendly and informative. If my hearing loss worsens at any point in the future, I will definitely come back to hear.com
