Our family had an amazing experience with HearUSA during my dad’s first appointment. The staff was patient, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We were overjoyed to learn that his insurance covered everything, which made the process so much less stressful for our family. Brandon guided me through my hearing loss and what options are avaible to meet my needs. He allowed me to do some comparison shopping and land on hearing aids that are perfect for my needs, and at an affordable cost. He anticipated every challenge I might have and gave me solutions for them. All in about 40 minutes!
There is no way to express the gratitude that I have for Dr. Barba-Reyes. With her compassion, expertise, and willingness to listen to my issues, she provided meaningful and actionable solutions. I had no idea how impactful a visit to HearUSA would be on my life, but I'm so incredibly glad I went. I would recommend them a thousand times over.
This review refers to Dr. Sofia Barba-Reyes ONLY. Dr. Barba-Reyes is very rude and condescending. Her speaking skills/tone are in direct conflict with her profession. She has a lot to learn about appropriate communication and interpersonal relationships. The know-it-all attitude and approach is reprehensible!…NEVER AGAIN…I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The office staff was wonderful!
The experience was amazing! The staff truly cares for the patient, they were so kind and helpful through the entire process.
