Hear USA at independence Mall in Wilmington Delaware is such a pleasure to work with. Janelle and June are so helpful and professional yet friendly and flexible. June has been with the company many years before it was bought out through Hear USA. I was concerned that the quality of service would change, but it has not. I would recommend anyone who needs to see if a hearing aid would help them to call them and make an appointment.
My experience was wonderful! Both hearing aids were not working. It wasn’t long before they were working. The tips were clogged. A lesson in cleaning helped me to leave very happy Eileen .
I enjoy coming there. Feel very good having the feeling that this is a professional person who knows her stuff. She is very professional and it makes u feel she answer all my questions with confidence.
Very friendly, professional. June is an excellent detail person, she listens to your problem and goes beyond to solve it. Janell is very organized, friendly and professional.
I’ve been taking my mother here for her hearing aids and test and the doctor always does such a great job, she’s so patient and the wait isn’t long when we go. Definitely reccomend!
