Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for this office. June Moser and her staff are professional and caring. We've never had to wait long for a scheduled appointment and they make accommodations to quickly resolve a problem.
June is very good and I have been her customer since I purchased my hearing aids in 2022. Love the service, love the product!! I even brought my 99 year old father as a customer .... finally he can hear us now!!
I can count on a neighborly reception with smiles and warm greetings. When my turn comes I’m made to feel as if I’m the most important person. Any issues I might have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Information is shared with me in a clear and understandable way. Of course, I’m pleased.
Everyone in this office is nice and professional. Janelle is great at the front desk and June is an excellent audiologist.
June always provides excellent care! I rely on her to keep my hearing in the best working order possible. I couldn't do my job without the right assessment and hearing aids. June and Janelle, who always responds kindly to my scheduling requests, are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.
