My experience was wonderful! Both hearing aids were not working. It wasn’t long before they were working. The tips were clogged. A lesson in cleaning helped me to leave very happy Eileen .
This is an easy 5 star review! Janelle at the front desk with that winning smile and June evaluating and helping to make the correct choices, then continuing to adjust as we get used to our new hearing. I'm very confident to recommend this office to anyone looking. These 2 are very professional and yet I feel like I can just chat with them. They take the time to do it right, they never try to push me off or make me feel like I'm a bother. Kudos to a great team!!
I’ve been taking my mother here for her hearing aids and test and the doctor always does such a great job, she’s so patient and the wait isn’t long when we go. Definitely reccomend!
June was so amazing and so helpful for both myself, a first timer to hearing aids and my husband trying a 2nd time, but already a much better experience than his first time at another facility. We look forward to a long and positive relationship with her and HearUSA. Thank you!!
À top-drawer practice. I am so grateful for the hearing and hearing aids I have from HEARUSA. I have insurance coverage elsewhere I ignore because of my awesome hearing aids and their warranty.
