I can count on a neighborly reception with smiles and warm greetings. When my turn comes I’m made to feel as if I’m the most important person. Any issues I might have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Information is shared with me in a clear and understandable way. Of course, I’m pleased.

Excellent, personalized service. June (the Audiologist) really knows her stuff, was very helpful, helped me decide on the best and most cost effective heating aids for me—and the best part is that I can finally hear without straining!

I have been a patient at HearUSA for a year and a half. During this time I have received great service from June and Jennile in learning how to care for my hearing aides and in fixing both small glitches and two larger issues that they diagnosed and corrected promptly. They have always been cheerful and responsive and go out of their way to let you know that they are always available if I have any concerns or issues.

From the moment I entered the facility until I left, I found HearUSA to be well-organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. The evaluation was thorough and results clearly explained. June Moser took time to explain the various aids that were available and answered all questions. It was a positive experience.
