This is an easy 5 star review! Janelle at the front desk with that winning smile and June evaluating and helping to make the correct choices, then continuing to adjust as we get used to our new hearing. I'm very confident to recommend this office to anyone looking. These 2 are very professional and yet I feel like I can just chat with them. They take the time to do it right, they never try to push me off or make me feel like I'm a bother. Kudos to a great team!!
À top-drawer practice. I am so grateful for the hearing and hearing aids I have from HEARUSA. I have insurance coverage elsewhere I ignore because of my awesome hearing aids and their warranty. I guess praise doesn’t get higher than that. The practice has the latest products and accessories, latest technology and terrific customer service. Thank you Janelle. Thank you June. June was so amazing and so helpful for both myself, a first timer to hearing aids and my husband trying a 2nd time, but already a much better experience than his first time at another facility. We look forward to a long and positive relationship with her and HearUSA. Thank you!!
June is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Appointments are usually available quickly. She even had saved my previous hearing aid so that, when my current one malfunctioned, she could adapt the older one for me to use while mine was sent out.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. June is very knowledgeable about the hearing aids I have. She was very helpful in getting my hearing aids paired back to my phone. I can now adjust my hearing aids via my phone.
