Dr. Noelia was exceptional during my mother’s hearing evaluation. She was attentive, kind, and very thorough throughout the audiology testing process. She explained each step clearly and made sure my mother felt at ease. Her patience and clarity when discussing the hearing aid adjustments were especially appreciated.
