The team at Hear USA went above my expectations to get my hearing aids reprogrammed correctly after they became messed up. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and the guy at toe desk did some adjustments immediately! The audiologist had to do some fine tuning, but I was in and out in 20 minutes! No appointment! Thanks so much guys!!! I can hear again and make adjustments in noisy environments and for TV too! ❤️❤️❣️
I had a lovely experience with Hear USA..Sean the Medical assistant at the front desk was just so pleasant kind lovely a very compassionate young man very knowledgeable. I visited this Hear USA because I was traveling and lost the rubber dome to my hearing aid. Sean was very helpful and quickly got one for me and some wax guards. He was very nice and professional. You are lucky to have him as an employee!
I have been delighted with the service that I received from Deborah and Sean. In an age with personalized services is difficult to get, they have been terrific. Information provided has allowed me to quickly learn how to optimize my new hearing aids. Also, setting up the financing scheme and other administrative Requirements were done in a real time in the office. HearUSA not only has a top-of-the-line quality product The process provides exceptional customer service.
Responding for my mother who is the patient Vivian DiGiaimo, The staff is outstanding. They really show concern and make my mother feel very comfortable. Sorry I forget the guy who works at the desk that he even walked my mother to her car when we visited. She's disable in walking well and assisted her to the car. Thank You!!!
