Great experience all around! Scheduling is easy, was taken in for hearing exam right away, doctor is super nice and knowledgeable! She knew about my insurance coverage and every question was answered! Highly recommend HearUSA and Dr Debra Rivera and staff. 💕💕
My experience at the Oakland Park office was great! The front desk specialist he was welcoming, helpful, and kind. They listened to all my concerns and the doctor took her time with me during my hearing test. It was a pleasure visiting this office. They also treat my mother well she is a patient who referred me. Great place for a complimentary hearing exam glad I went.
I received great service, thorough testing & all my questions were answered. Terrific staff & good location. Can't wait for my hearing aids.
Every time me or my sister come with my 98 year old moms hearing aids you always come thru to either clean them or change the filter so she will still be able to hear. No one can really appreciate what you are doing for our mom . She could never be able to get another pair for many reasons . You should see what she does when we bring her the hearing aides after you fix them . She has the biggest smile and says I can hear .
