Deborah Rivera at the location at E. Commercial Blvd is incredibly skillful and helpful! She solved 2 problems I was having that my last 2 visits at a different location couldn’t fix. It’s worth going out of your way to get her expertise. I was about to give up and turn in my device when she discovered I had been given the wrong size. Every time me or my sister come with my 98 year old moms hearing aids you always come thru to either clean them or change the filter so she will still be able to hear. No one can really appreciate what you are doing for our mom . She could never be able to get another pair for many reasons . You should see what she does when we bring her the hearing aides after you fix them . She has the biggest smile and says I can hear . My experience at the Oakland Park office was great! The front desk specialist he was welcoming, helpful, and kind. They listened to all my concerns and the doctor took her time with me during my hearing test. It was a pleasure visiting this office. They also treat my mother well she is a patient who referred me. Great place for a complimentary hearing exam glad I went.
Deborah is absolutely the best audiologist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with this practice for over 15 years. And I’m very happy with all the care I’ve received.
