My experience at the Oakland Park office was great! The front desk specialist he was welcoming, helpful, and kind. They listened to all my concerns and the doctor took her time with me during my hearing test. It was a pleasure visiting this office. They also treat my mother well she is a patient who referred me. Great place for a complimentary hearing exam glad I went.
I am Grace Grecz, Josephine’s daughter. Again Shaun helped us out . My mother is 98 and unable to go in . Me or my sister go in and he cleans them . Yesterday he told my sister to wait and the audiologist, Debra Rivera worked on my mother’s hearing aides . She boosted them and now they work . Both are truly so kind and helpful . They are more like family and really try their best to help everyone . Much better than Miracle Ear. HEAR USA E Commercial Blvd is excellent!!! I was in the service business my whole career and let me say that Deborah the Hearing Aid Specialist and Sean in the front office are at the top of their game. Friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. Also in the two years that I have going there the wait time is minimal. Plus, they have been there the whole time. No constant staff turnover like Miracle Ear. Deborah took great care of me and adjusted my hearing aids fast. Sean is very helpful everytime I come in. Such great customer service.
I had been having trouble with my devices for a little while before finally seeking their help. I wanted to make sure I was not doing something wrong. I’m so glad I finally went for help. Deborah was so helpful and got my problem solved. I would also like to thank Sean for all his help also. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
