Hear USA, restored my hearing, and Dr. Mary Agulo, (Audiologist) is so very caring, and concerned with helping me with any issues I was having, and she made sure that everything was perfect, and working properly, and did everything, to make sure that I was perfectly happy with every detail. My experience was wonderful. The Doctor did a wonderful job on my hearing test and was very patient with me and my questions and the fact I left my hearing aid at home (which does not work at present). I have a follow up appointment on 5/31/22 to see if it is fixable.
Mary was my Audiologist at the HearUSA Hoffman Estates location. She was extremely helpful with the hearing test as well as the fitting and programming of my new hearing aid. I had trouble with my charge card and Mary worked with me till we had success. She takes the time to answer all your questions before and after receiving the new hearing aid. I had a wonderful experience at HearUSA! The audiologist was professional & friendly and answered all my questions. I knew I was missing out on a lot of conversations because I was unable to hear everything clearly and was embarrassed to keep asking people to repeat themselves. With my new hearing aids from HearUSA, that won’t be happening. I am very excited to start participating in social situations as a fully hearing person in the future.
