Megan was awesome. She walked me through the hearing test process and explained what she was doing throughout the entire test. She explained what the result of the test were and how that effected setting of my hearing aids. All in all a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend her and her office to anyone looking for the services they provide. Thanks again Megan.

BEWARE! This place is criminal. Charges $6,000 for a pair of hearing aids and then has you sign an agreement with Synchrony Bank for ridiculous high interest and penalties. Cyndi Spellman should be ashamed of herself. She coerced my husband with dementia, who wandered in on his own, to sign an agreement that he was of sound mind. She is arrogantly refusing to take return of item because they were past the 30-day mark -- even with neuropsychological evaluation that proves his diagnosis. Cyndi Spellman was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Her opinion differed from patient but she knew best. Improvement of communication is so much better with Cyndi's expertise and her recommended hearing aids. Hearty thumbs up. Very grateful to Cyndi and staff. Very welcoming.
