BEWARE! This place is criminal. Charges $6,000 for a pair of hearing aids and then has you sign an agreement with Synchrony Bank for ridiculous high interest and penalties. Cyndi Spellman should be ashamed of herself. She coerced my husband with dementia, who wandered in on his own, to sign an agreement that he was of sound mind. She is arrogantly refusing to take return of item because they were past the 30-day mark -- even with neuropsychological evaluation that proves his diagnosis. Cyndi Spellman was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Her opinion differed from patient but she knew best. Improvement of communication is so much better with Cyndi's expertise and her recommended hearing aids. Hearty thumbs up. Very grateful to Cyndi and staff. Very welcoming. Very pleasant experience, a very knowledgeable young lady fixed me up with new hearing aids, now hearing better things I was missing before. Sometimes that's good, others not so much.
Cyndi Spellman is a true professional who listens the entire problem before offering the best solution. She is courteous, friendly, and speaks in plain language to really assist this hearing aid user. Everything about this Hear USA practice is cooperative and helpful including the receptionist and scheduler. Thanks so much for fixing my hearing aid and offering advice on usage with my iPhone app.
This audiology staff is customer focused and very caring to assist me with a quality set of comfortable hearing aids to effectively accommodate my level of hearing loss. I highly recommend them.
